Tubman University; Environmental Management Specialist & Technical Advisor to the Executive Director/CEO, Environmental Protection Agency, and Education Consultant for Isaac A. David Sr. Memorial School, Liberia.

Gloria Taylor Williams is an African Igbo Chief who lived and worked in West Africa for approximately seven years. Her areas of expertise are in education, engineering and environmental management. She is a Technical Advisor in the Environmental Protection Agency, and an Education Consultant for Isaac A. David Sr. Memorial School, Liberia. Currently, she is Special Advisor of the Cabinet of the Ministry Office, Trade and Industry (UKANA) in Bahamas.
